Starting from stillness and rest we will engage body and mind to find ease and strength in the core muscles that support the spine, shoulders and hips. This class will increase awareness of muscle tension and imbalances that prevent the body from moving freely and within a pain-free range of motion. Essentially we will learn how to do less in order to gain more freedom, strength and ease.
