This class focuses on passive postures held for longer periods of time. We use props and gravity to lengthen the connective tissue and fascia. It is a meditative and relaxing practice focusing on the physical and energetic bodies, while deepening the mind body connection. Yin can help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep, digestion and more. All practitioners are welcome.
