Jermaine Nelson first found his passion for yoga in 2010 while attending college in the Twin cities of Minnesota. He began teaching at community rec centers throughout the cities, creating affordable programs for inner city youth, families and seniors. In 2016 he helped co-pilot and lead "Fitness in the Parks" nationally ranked #2 for three consecutive summers, leading him to move on to college athletics, corporate yoga and mindfulness. He completed his internship in Belize where he taught yoga to the locals and visitors at several resorts and schools. He continued his journey abroad to many places including San Ignacio, Belmopan, San Pedro, Curacao, Talum, Isla Mujeras, Playa de Carmen, Dominican Republic, Punta Cana, and Santo Domingo. While in the States he completed several certifications as a certified personal trainer, weight loss specialist, and golf fitness specialist with the National Academy of Sports medicine. Jermaine also has a Qi Gong & Mindfulness coaching certification that he includes in his wellness philosophy.
