Rosalea has been a student of yoga for over 20 years, first finding her way to the practice through a local Portland studio. Yoga began as a way of finding regular movement in her daily life, but has deepened over the years into a practice that integrates yogic philosophy and breathwork with the physical asana (poses). Her practice was first informed by Iyengar teachers, and over time came to experience the creativity of Vinyasa Flow, and the grounded strength of Hatha. After a particularly challenging experience with burn-out, Rosalea discovered the healing power of Restorative Yoga, and finds joy in creating a safe space to find rest and renewal.
